Hayashi Original Hydrogen Water Stick™
The Hayashi Original Hydrogen Water Stick is a porous ceramic stick into which magnesium particles have been embedded and which has been imbued with far infrared emitting properties. The magnesium particles cause water to disassociate into hydrogen and oxygen.
Salient points about the Hayashi Original Hydrogen Water Stick:
- Typically creates up to 1.5 ppm of hydrogen in average size water bottles.
- Typically lasts up to 6 months, and is able to treat up to 400 gallons per stick, when the stick is recharged monthly (via a vinegar wash, see instructions below).
- Is very cost effective... costing less than $15 per month in actual use.
Instructions for using the Hayashi Water Stick:
- Insert the hydrogen water stick into your water bottle.
- Fill the water bottle to the top to the top, leaving as little of an air gap as possible.
- Shake, cap tightly and let the water set in your capped bottle for 15 minutes or more... if you use a large water bottle, you may need two or three sticks to reach full hydrogen saturation in 15 minutes. One stick is enough for a 12 ounce bottle bottle of liquid to be saturated with hydrogen in 15 minutes, whereas, two sticks would do the same for 24 ounces. If you’re patient, and can wait 30 minutes, then one stick would work with the larger size bottle.
- Remove cap, drink as much water as you wish — the whole bottle or just a portion.
- Immediately refill to the top with water, shake, cap and it will be ready for use in 15 minutes. (If you let the ceramic stick stay exposed to air for very long, you will have to do step 6 more frequently, which will reduce the overall lifespan, because the magnesium particles will oxidize).
- Recharge every month, by filling your water bottle (or a glass) with white vinegar, and letting the stick soak for 20 to 30 minutes. Then rinse and it’s ready again.
- The stick will last six months, probably more, but to ensure maximum hydrogen production, we recommend replacing every six months.
